About me
Good to see you here!
I’m Susan, a certified KonMari® Consultant and professional organizer based in Singapore. I help busy individuals and overwhelmed families declutter and transform their homes into joyful, intentional spaces. Whether in-person or virtually, my sessions guide you to let go of what no longer serves you and make room for what you love.
After earning a Bachelor’s degree I completed my Master’s in tourism. I spent the last decade in the online travel industry and have now embarked on a new journey: Relocating from Germany to Singapore!
I have lived in Germany, USA, Spain and Scotland, but this move was different as it was the first as a family. It sparked a personal transformation and using the KonMari Method™ during our move helped me reconnect with my values, simplify our belongings, and embrace a life rooted in clarity and joy. Inspired by this shift, I now support others on their own journeys. My favourite spaces to organize? Closets, kids’ rooms, and color-coding bookshelves!
When I’m not tidying, you’ll find me soaking up the sunshine, practicing vinyasa yoga, or enjoying time with my husband and son.
Let’s susanize your space and transform your life!
You’ll find my profile among the certified KonMari® Consultants featured on KonMari.com.
About the KonMari Method®
The KonMari Method™ is a decluttering and organizing approach developed by Marie Kondo that focuses on keeping only items that spark joy.
Joy as the guiding principle: Instead of deciding what to discard, you choose what to keep based on whether it sparks joy - a feeling of happiness or connection when you hold the item.
Tidy by category, not location: Unlike traditional methods that go room by room, KonMari organizes by category in this order:
Clothes
Books
Papers
Komono (miscellaneous items)
Sentimental items
One-Time, life-changing event: The method is designed to be a single, transformative tidying festival - that will give you peace of mind forever.
Respect for belongings: Items are treated with gratitude and care, reinforcing mindfulness and appreciation.
